Reservations
Your
reservation will be received as PENDING and be treated as
a request and is not booked until confirmed by our staff.
We do our best to show our availability "real time"
,however there may be instances where we get multiple requests
for the same room,same date(s). Your online reservation
will be received in PENDING Status until we insure that
there is no conflict and we'll then confirm it,and send
you a confirmation immediately. If received between the
hours of 9PM and 7AM it will remain in PENDING Status until
staff can confirm it.No other person will be able to book
the room on line.
Cancellation
Policy
Call us outside of 10 days and there is a $25.00 per night
processing charge - effective as of 01/01/2006. Within 10
days we will do our best to rent your room, if successful
there is only the processing charge. If not, you will be
responsible for at least one of the two nights cancelled.
If you don't call and don't show up, we must charge your
credit card for one night's stay. Failure to cancel reservations
on holiday weekends with two-night minimums will result
in a charge for two nights of your reserved stay. We
are a small country inn and we appreciate your cooperation.
Payment
We accept cash, Traveler's or personal checks, Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, and Discover Cards.
